	Appoint Co-ordinator(s) for implementation of QMS.

	Establish Quality Policy for the organisation.

	Understand the needs and expectations of interested parties and define the scope of QMS.

	Identify and develop documentation based on the risk assessment.

	Implement the ISO 9001:2015 QMS. This requires communication and training.

	Conduct Internal Audit Training based on ISO 19011 and conduct the ISO 9001 internal audit.

	Review of ISO 9001:2015 QMS by Top Management - Management Review.

	Apply and Gain Certification through a accredited Certification / Registration Body.
	Ensure that you get an authentic accredited certificate by a Certification Body who is accredited by an Accreditation Board who is MLA signatory with International Accreditation Forum (IAF) for the standard.
